To view your recent transactions click 'statements' on the left of the screen. Here you will be able to view the last 100 transactions on your account or transactions from the last 6 months which ever is shortest

To set up accounts for Funds Transfer click 'Manage My Accounts' in the left navigation menu.
To set up bills for payment, click 'Transfers & Payments', and then select 'I want to pay a bill'. Once you have entered the utility details, you can make payments to them immediately.
To view your payment log click 'Transfers & Payments' on the left of the screen and click 'view my payment logs'. Here you will see all payments completed through Online Banking.
If your credit card is registered on Online Banking, you can use quick pay or click 'Transfers & Payments' on the left of the screen and select 'I want to pay a bill'
Please contact our customer service advisers on 028 9034 6034. They will be able to order a new PAC code or registration number for you.
When you receive your new PAC in the post, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034 to verify receipt of it.
Yes you can view your NSC and Account number through Online Banking. To do this Click 'Manage My Accounts' on the left of the screen.
Click the 'My Accounts' tab at the top of the page.
Click on the account you would like to view. You account number and NSC will appear at the top of your transactions list.
The search transactions function allows you to search the transactions on your accounts more efficiently. You can search through your accounts using transaction type, date, amount or description. The search transaction function is available within the Statements section of Online Banking.
