To view your recent transactions select 'Statements' on the left of the screen. Here you will be able to view the last 100 transactions on your account or transactions from the last 6 months which ever is shortest.
When logging into Online Banking between 12 midnight and 3am, you may notice that transactions carried out on the previous day are displayed with the new calendar date. Once customer records are automatically updated by the bank between 3am and 7am the date of the business day on which the transaction was executed will be displayed.
First Trust Bank does not accept instructions from customers regarding their accounts over email for security reasons.

To set up your First Trust Bank accounts for funds transfer select 'Account services' from the left navigation menu and then select 'My accounts' from the options across the top of the page. Select 'add branch account'. You will then be requested to enter the NSC, Account number and name of the account. Select 'next' to complete the process.
If you wish to add any of your own external accounts, you will need to select 'transfers & payments', 'transfer money' and then 'manage my payees'.
To view your transaction log select 'Transfers & Payments' on the left of the screen and select 'View transaction log'. Here you will see all transfers and payments you have made through Online Banking.
If your credit card is registered on Online Banking, you can use quick pay or select 'Transfers & Payments' on the left of the screen and select 'Pay a Bill' and then 'I want to pay a bill'.

When you receive your new PAC in the post, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on the above number to verify and activate your new PAC.
The search transactions function allows you to search the transactions on your accounts more efficiently. You can search through your accounts using transaction type, date, amount or description. The search transaction function is available within the Statements section of Online Banking.
