Questions

Answers

What are eStatements?

An eStatement is an electronic version of your printed bank account or credit card statement. For security reasons, we will not include your name, address or the first five digits of your account number on your eStatement. We will not include your name and address or, if applicable, the authorised user's name on your credit card eStatement. Your full credit card number will not be displayed, only the first six and the last four digits will be shown.

All eStatements are displayed in Adobe PDF format. You can print or save your eStatement using your computer. Make sure that if you do save your eStatement on your computer, that it is in a folder that only you can access. You should not save an eStatement to a computer that other members of the public have access to.

By opting to receive eStatements you are agreeing to accept the eStatement terms and conditions  of the service. It is your responsibility to check online for your most recent statement.
