Getting Started

Step 1

Click 'Transfers & Payments' on the left side of the screen.

Step 2

Select 'I want to transfer money' and click 'start'.

Step 3

Enter the requested details and click 'next'. One-off transfers can be made to any First Trust Bank account and to any bank account within the United Kingdom. To make the transfer you will need to have the NSC and account number for the receiving account.

Please note: You will have the option to save the payee details at the end of the process.

Step 4

Enter the requested code from your 'code card' to confirm the transfer.
