Getting started

Step 1

Select 'Transfers & Payments' on the left side of the screen.

Step 2

Select 'Transfer money' from the options across the top of the screen. Then select 'I want to make a one off transfer'.

Step 3

Enter the requested details as they appear on screen. You will need the NSC and account number of the receiving bank. Once completed select 'next'.

You will then receive a confirmation screen of the details, you will need to check the details are correct and enter a code from your code card to complete the transaction.

Step 4

Once this has been completed you will receive a further confirmation screen to confirm that the transfer has been completed. This transaction will appear in your transaction log.
