Before using Online Banking for the first time, or if you have recently received a new Personal Access Code (PAC), you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034 to confirm receipt of your PAC in order to use the service.
To log in you will need:
Select the 'Personal Log in' button. This will open a new window.
Enter your registration number and select 'next'.
Enter the requested three random digits from your PAC, and answer a further question based on information you have provided and select 'next'.
You have now logged in to Online Banking.
If you have not been able to log in with the details you have been given, try again making sure the numbers you have entered are correct.
You can only try three times after which, as a security feature, your Online Banking service will be temporarily blocked.
If this happens, a new PAC will automatically be ordered for you which you will receive in the post in three to five days.
