Logging In

Before using Online Banking for the first time, or if you have recently received a new Personal Access Code, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034 to confirm receipt of your PAC in order to use the service.

To log in you will need:

  • Your registration number
  • Your Personal Access Code (PAC)

Step 1

Go to www.firsttrustbank.co.uk/onlinebanking.

Click the 'Log In' button on the left of the page. This will open a new window.

Step 2

Enter your registration number and click 'next'.

Step 3

Enter the requested three random digits from your Personal Access Code (PAC), and a further question based on information you have provided and click 'next'.

You should now be logged in to Online Banking.

Problems Logging In

If you have not been able to log in with the details you have given, try again.

Ensure that the numbers you have entered are correct.

You can only try three times after which, as a security feature, your Online Banking service will be temporarily blocked.

Do not panic!

This is a security feature. You will be advised on screen when this has happened and what you need to do to sort it out.

You will be required to phone our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034 so they can check your details have not been compromised. Once satisfied they will unblock your account and you can log in again.
