Registering
To use Online Banking you first need to register. You can register for Online Banking in three ways
1. Online
Step 1
Obtain a registration form from www.firsttrustbank.co.uk/register.
Step 2
Complete the registration form, print and send to the free post address provided.
Step 3
You will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) by post in three to five banking days.
2. By Phone
Call our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034 who can register you over the phone.
3. At a branch
Call into any First Trust Bank branch and a member of staff will provide you with a registration form to complete.
Once you have registered you will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) by post in three to five banking days.
