Getting Started

1. Online

Step 1

Obtain a registration form from www.firsttrustbank.co.uk/register, your local branch or by contacting our customer service advisers on 028 9034 6034.

Step 2

Complete the registration form.

Step 3

Once you have registered you will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC).

This can take up to five banking days.

For security reasons each item will be sent separately.

2. By Phone

Call our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6034.

3. At a branch

Call into any First Trust branch and the staff will be happy to help and provide you with an application form to complete.

Once you have registered you wil recieve your registration number, and Personal Access Code (PAC).

This can take up to five banking days. For security purposes each item will be sent seperately.
