What's new to Online Banking?
To enhance your Online Banking experience we have introduced the following new services -
Mini statements
Mini Statements allow you to view the five most recent transactions on your account. You can view these transactions by clicking on the plus sign beside each of your accounts on the 'Accounts Overview' page.
Quick pay
Quick Pay gives you the ability to pay a bill, pay a beneficiary or transfer money to your accounts in one step. The quick pay option is located at the top right of the 'Account Overview' screen and is available for payees already set up on Online Banking.
To use Quick Pay
- Select the payment type you would like from the dropdown menu
- Select the account you would like to debit
- Select the account you would like to credit
- Enter the amount, the requested digit of your PAC and click 'confirm' to complete the transaction
Search transactions
The search transactions function allows you to search the transactions on your accounts more efficiently. You can search through your accounts using transaction type, date, amount or description. The search transaction function is available within the Statements section of Online Banking.
