Online and Phoneline Banking allows you to take control of your finances anytime and anywhere.

Conduct your banking through our internet banking service "Online Banking" or our telephone banking service "Phoneline Banking".

If you are a First Trust Bank customer, you can avail of Online and Phoneline Banking by simply completing a registration form. You will be automatically registered for both services. Online Banking offers you a more extensive range of services than Phoneline Banking.

Simply complete, print and sign the registration form and return it to the freepost address.

Please ensure that you read and accept the Online Banking terms and conditions of use.

Upon receipt of the signed registration form we will forward your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) allowing you to start using the services immediately.

Alternatively, you can phone our customer services advisers on 028 9034 6034 who can register you over the phone providing you do not have a joint account on your profile.

If you have any joint accounts registered, all account holders will need to fill in and sign a signing instruction which can be downloaded in our Online Banking documentation page
