We provide assistance to our card holders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


If you lose your card

Travelling away from home for business or pleasure can be a very enjoyable experience. No one wants a holiday spoilt or a business trip wasted because of unforeseen events like losing your card.


If you're close to home...

Immediately contact us on 028 9033 0099 to report the loss or theft and arrange for a replacement card to be mailed to you. You should keep a copy of our customer service phone number, and your credit card account number in a convenient place -- separate from your card.


If you're travelling away from home...

For Visa Cardholders

If your card is lost or stolen while abroad, you should contact either us on
0044 28 9033 0099 or your nearest VISA Travel Service Centre. Visa Travel Service Centres are open 24 hours a day, every day. The VISA Travel Service Centre will contact your credit card company immediately on your behalf and, if necessary, will forward a brief message to your family or organisation. This cover provides you with emergency cash normally within 48 hours and in most countries, up to US$5000 (subject to your available credit limit) at any bank displaying a Visa logo, should your card be lost or stolen. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a customer service representative will be on hand to help you.

The VISA Travel Service Centre's worldwide network of toll-free telephone numbers makes contacting one of their Global Assistance Centres easy. And once your call is answered, they have multilingual customer service representatives, who are ready to assist you in your native language.


For MasterCard Cardholders

If your MasterCard card is lost or stolen while abroad, this cover provides you with emergency cash normally within 48 hours and in most countries, up to US$5000 (subject to your available credit limit) at any bank displaying a MasterCard logo, should your card be lost or stolen.
