As an added security feature our Internet Banking service will automatically log you out after 7 minutes of inactivity.You must be actively browsing to stay connected.
This feature aims to protect you against unauthorised access. When your Internet Banking session has been inactive for 7 minutes it will log you out and you will need to log in again if you wish to continue using Internet Banking.
Please note: Scrolling through statements does not count as active browsing. Active browsing is when you are clicking on links within the website, i.e. select a different tab on the left of the screen or switching between accounts.
